2nd 4th and 6th semester Form Fill up Summer 2018

It is hereby informed to all the students of Maharaja Polytechnic that, the Form Fill up for 2nd, 4th and 6th semester is going on at college. The last date of form fill up without fine is 30th January 2018. Students are hereby informed to do the Form Fill up before the time. To the Form Fill up students need to follow the following instructions.

1. Collect the clearance form from respective departments and fill it correctly.
2. Take the clearance signature from Hostel I/C, HOD, Library.
3. Take the signature from the Principal.
4. Deposit the registration amount at respective department.
